The team
In this role, you will become part of the Danish investment team, which consists of approximately 24 colleagues located at our office in Nordhavn. We are a place where people truly work together as a team, valuing each other’s differences and the importance of every team member.
As an Investment Student Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be a part of and learn from one of the most active and skilled real estate investment teams in Denmark. The position
As a Student Analyst, you will support the investment team across various stages of real estate transactions - including acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate transactions. You will contribute to both internal and external workstreams, working closely with experienced team members. This is a part-time student position (approx. 15–20 hours per week) alongside your studies.
Primary tasks
- Assist in preparing investment presentations and materials for internal stakeholders.
- Support in analysing and assessing investment opportunities.
- Help develop and maintain financial models and other analytical tools.
- Conduct market research and gather data to support business cases.
- Contribute to due diligence processes and coordination with external advisors.
- Take part in various ad hoc tasks related to ongoing transactions and team initiatives.
Your experience & skills
- You are currently studying for a bachelor’s or 1st year of your master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, political science, finance, or a related area).
- You have a strong academic track record and are motivated to learn.
- You are analytical, detail-oriented and have a structured approach to problem-solving.
- You are proactive and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
- You are comfortable working independently and in teams - and eager to grow professionally.
