Nrep was founded in 2005 on the realization that there was a big opportunity to make a difference by taking a more long term operational and holistic approach to real estate in the Nordics. Real estate plays a large role in structural issues such as urbanization, affordability, health, ageing populations and climate change. We act on the urgent need and opportunity to find better solutions and develop real estate that create long-term value for tenants, investors and the wider communities in which we invest. In short, we improve the built environment to enrich people's lives.
