About the team
Our Investor Relations & Capital Formation team operates across Copenhagen, Stockholm, Munich, and London. The team has two functional areas of expertise; coverage, who manage and expand relationships with both existing and prospective investors globally and across products; and Fund & Client Solutions; responsible for managing the fundraising process and elements, and provides technical, operational, and analytical backbone needed for successful fundraising and client management.
About the role
You will join a high-performing team with backgrounds in management consulting, banking, and investments, working across asset classes. You will be based in Copenhagen, engaging directly with senior professionals and leading institutional investors. In the role you will be expected to lead or take part in:
- Analyzing markets, competitors, and investment opportunities to support strategic decisions
- Developing investor marketing materials for fundraising and investor meetings
- Driving due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and managing investor DD processes, end-to-end
- Collaborating cross-functionally with investment management, portfolio management and corporate functions to deliver insights and solutions to clients
Your experience and skills
We seek candidates who are ambitious, analytical, and excel in critical thinking and communication. We look for:
- Strong academic performance from leading universities
- Relevant experience in consulting, investments, asset management, or portfolio management – or as minimum being a graduate with a strong drive to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, as well as a natural curiosity and willingness to learn and lean in
- Fluency in English
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
