Investment Student Analyst, Nrep, Copenhagen

The team

In this role, you will become part of the Danish investment team, which consists of approximately 24 colleagues located at our office in Nordhavn. We are a place where people truly work together as a team, valuing each other’s differences and the importance of every team member.

The position

As a Student Analyst, you will support the investment team across various stages of real estate transactions - including acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate transactions. You will contribute to both internal and external workstreams, working closely with experienced team members. This is a part-time student position (approx. 15–20 hours per week) alongside your studies.

Primary tasks

• Assist in preparing investment presentations and materials for internal stakeholders.
• Support in analysing and assessing investment opportunities.
• Help develop and maintain financial models and other analytical tools.
• Conduct market research and gather data to support business cases.
• Contribute to due diligence processes and coordination with external advisors.
• Take part in various ad hoc tasks related to ongoing transactions and team initiatives.

Your experience & skills

• You are currently studying for a bachelor’s or 1st year of your master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, political science, finance, or a related area). 
• You have a strong academic track record and are motivated to learn.
• You are analytical, detail-oriented and have a structured approach to problem-solving.
• You are proactive and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
• You are comfortable working independently and in teams - and eager to grow professionally.
