Receptionist for Urban Partners, Copenhagen

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to support our people and office in making every day a great day at work. The team
You will be joining an international Office Services team consisting of 20+ professionals and you will become an integrated part of the Danish Office Services. You will be working in our modern office located in Nordhavn. The position
As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our offices and the meeting centre runs smoothly and welcoming our guests. As part of our Office Services team, you will be assisting our employees and taking care of day-to-day administration for the office. We work in a dynamic environment, and you should be comfortable with a change of pace, not being afraid to take initiatives and getting things done. You will also help with ad hoc requests that sometimes come up suddenly. Also, it is important that you have a good eye for details and excellent organizing skills.

Your versatile duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Staffing the reception and making the great first impressions
  • Meeting centre coordination, bookings and catering requests. 
  • Making sure the journey of guests and employees is smooth and hassle-free from start to finish
  • Handling mail and courier services
  • Office phone and e-mail correspondence
  • Event coordination and assisting with onboarding/offboarding
  • Making sure the office is tidy and neat
  • Ordering and re-stocking of office supplies and food & beverage
  • Supporting various departments as required.

Qualifications

  • Service-minded attitude to serve the company's internal and external customers and understanding of the importance of customer service quality
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to daily routines as well as new tasks
  • Strong IT skills and quick at learning new systems
  • Ability to work fluently in Danish and English
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • Preferred to have experience as a Receptionist, Office assistant or similar
  • Ability to carry out your tasks independently and plan your tasks efficiently and in an organized manner

It is a full-time position and we expect the working hours to be between 7.50 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.
