In our People and Culture Team, we are a group of 16 colleagues covering 8 countries working together to support the business stakeholders in embodying our purpose and vision of making a difference for cities and people. You will have extensive interaction with team members and colleagues across the organization, promising exposure to a diverse range of expertise.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Reward, located in London.
Key responsibilities:
As HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in developing data models to support our business and take our data awareness and proficiency within the People & Culture team to new heights. Your analytical prowess will impact our decision-making but will also fuel innovation and process enhancement.
Through your insights and efforts, we'll harness data to uncover patterns, anticipate trends, and make well-informed strategic decisions that will make Urban Partners succeed in building the urban future.
These will be some of your top tasks:
Your experience & skills:
You should have strong data analysis skills, including expertise in Excel and SQL, and ideally some familiarity with data warehouse capabilities. The ability to effectively visualize data for clear communication is essential, as is a solid grasp of technical tools and systems, preferably including experience with HR systems. You should have a natural interest in creating quality solutions and a proactive mindset, emphasizing collaboration and innovation, is crucial for your success in this role. We expect that you have around 3-5 years of experience and preferably some knowledge of remuneration and the wider HR area.

We hope that you are a curious constant learner with a positive mindset. You are proactive and take the initiative to address challenges and explore new opportunities. Attention to detail is a fundamental trait and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving will be valuable in navigating complex challenges.

A service-minded attitude, coupled with professional-level English skills, will contribute to effective collaboration and communication in our dynamic and global environment.
