Becoming our new HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in taking our data awareness and proficiency within the People & Culture team to the next level and support Urban Partners in reaching our ambitious goal of building the urban future, together. If you get energy from working for an internationally growing company and want to be part of making a difference, you may be our new team member!

Team

In our People and Culture Team, we are a group of 16 colleagues covering 8 countries working together to support the business stakeholders in embodying our purpose and vision of making a difference for cities and people. You will have extensive interaction with team members and colleagues across the organization, promising exposure to a diverse range of expertise.

We can guarantee a dynamic environment with skilled colleagues, offering opportunities for learning, collaboration, and personal growth. You will be a part of a powerhouse of brilliant and caring people raising the bar for the industry.

Your workplace will be at our headquarters located in Copenhagen, Nordhavn. As an international team, we regularly engage with colleagues across borders, fostering a global perspective and collaborative spirit.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Reward, located in London.

Key responsibilities:

As HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in developing data models to support our business and take our data awareness and proficiency within the People & Culture team to new heights. Your analytical prowess will impact our decision-making but will also fuel innovation and process enhancement.

Through your insights and efforts, we'll harness data to uncover patterns, anticipate trends, and make well-informed strategic decisions that will make Urban Partners succeed in building the urban future.

These will be some of your top tasks:

  • Build data models to support remuneration practices and salary review processes
  • Extract data from HR systems (Bob, Emply, Winningtemp, XRM Recruit, Fuse) for analysis
  • Conduct analyses on People Data sets (e.g. on DEI, employee wellbeing, learning, or talent)
  • Build smart integrations from/to and between People systems from a data perspective
  • Support the team in optimizing data quality and flow (e.g. payroll, vacation data)
  • Support in monthly payroll preparations and runs across geographies where needed
  • Ensure data is provided to internal and external stakeholders (Investor Relations, Compliance, Audits) and that People & Culture are GDPR-compliant
  • Build awareness and capabilities for the People & Culture team on data, analysis, and tools (e.g. Excel)

Your experience & skills:

You should have strong data analysis skills, including expertise in Excel and SQL, and ideally some familiarity with data warehouse capabilities. The ability to effectively visualize data for clear communication is essential, as is a solid grasp of technical tools and systems, preferably including experience with HR systems. You should have a natural interest in creating quality solutions and a proactive mindset, emphasizing collaboration and innovation, is crucial for your success in this role. We expect that you have around 3-5 years of experience and preferably some knowledge of remuneration and the wider HR area.

Your character:

We hope that you are a curious constant learner with a positive mindset. You are proactive and take the initiative to address challenges and explore new opportunities. Attention to detail is a fundamental trait and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving will be valuable in navigating complex challenges.

The ability to communicate diplomatically and empathically is essential for making positive relationships within the team and across departments. A service-minded attitude, coupled with professional-level English skills, will contribute to effective collaboration and communication in our dynamic and global environment.
