Finance Associate, Reporting & Analytics, Copenhagen

The position

The Reporting & Analytics team is committed to automation and optimization of manual processes, and part of the job is to work with data models. The team is part of finance and group support, that supports Urban Partners global growth where you and team are responsible for working closely with investors and internal stakeholders, e.g. Investor Relations, Sustainability and Digital, providing analyses and reporting. The role is distinct and attractive in close investor exposure and in looking across all funds in all countries – thus being pivotal and contributing to the “complete and correct picture”. 

Key tasks

• Financial reporting to investors
• Ensuring that reporting complies with industry standards
• Financial analysis including benchmarking
• Track record analysis
• Centralizing and aligning reporting across investments and funds
• Assisting in due diligence processes

We expect you have

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics and/or Auditing. Can also be HD 2 combined with relevant working experience
• Financial/numerical proficiency combined with strong business acumen
• Deep interest and commitment in ensuring representative and correct numbers
• Structured, analytical and reflective approach
• Stakeholder management experience ideally including multi-country
• Digital skills and tools proficiency (e.g. SQL, PowerBi, Microsoft Excel, data structure, data cubes)
• Excellent English skills
