The team

About the role

As our new team member in Commercial Asset Management, you will support the day-to-day management of a commercial real estate portfolio and contribute to long-term value creation. You will get broad exposure to asset operations, tenant relations, letting, ESG improvements, and business planning.

Your tasks may include

• Supporting the delivery of asset strategies across selected commercial properties
• Assisting with onboarding new assets and partners
• Contributing to sustainability initiatives, maintenance planning, and tenant dialogue
• Helping coordinate with internal teams (e.g., transactions, finance, letting)
• Responsibility for the property performance, including participation in budgeting, reporting, and follow-up
• Bringing fresh perspective and a willingness to learn 

Whether you are just out of studies or have a few years of experience, we will tailor the role to your development.

Experience and skills

We believe potential comes in many forms. That is why we do not require a specific education, a spotless CV, or advanced technical skills. It would though be beneficial if you have some kind og background in the real estate business already.
