The team

You will become part of the Swedish letting and commercial setup, working in a close-knit and collaborative team environment.

As part of a growing and entrepreneurial organization, you will have a high level of responsibility and ownership from the start. You will work closely with colleagues locally while also interacting with teams across Denmark and Finland.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, working independently, and contributing to building efficient processes in a scaling organization.

The role

As a Letting Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring high occupancy across our Swedish portfolio. You will work proactively with letting activities and contribute to optimizing the customer journey from first contact to move-in.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across letting and marketing to ensure a strong customer experience and consistent communication.

As we do not operate our own property management system, but instead rely on external partners, the role requires strong structure, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive letting of apartments, parking spaces, garages, and storage units
  • Conduct viewings and manage contract negotiations and signing
  • Proactively identify and attract new tenants while handling incoming inquiries
  • Coordinate move-ins for new developments and property acquisitions
  • Collect customer insights and feedback to support marketing and product development
  • Plan and support letting-related initiatives such as events, launches, and communication activities
  • Contribute to optimizing letting workflows and improving the customer journey

We are looking for

A driven and service-oriented individual who understands both the commercial and customer-focused aspects of letting.

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience within letting, sales, or customer service (preferably in residential real estate)
  • Have a solid understanding of rental legislation
  • Are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling complex administrative tasks
  • Are proactive and results-driven with a strong customer focus
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your work
  • Are positive, professional, and solution-oriented
  • Hold a valid driver’s license (B)
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English
